Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Valid CNA/HHA certification (only if you are applying as a CNA/HHA)
- Ability to stay calm and remain in control in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and/or manage multiple priorities effectively
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Great references
- First Aid/CPR/BLS Certificate
- Tuberculosis screening
- Valid Work Permit
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Must pass a Caregiver/CNA/competency checklist testing during the interview
- Must have at least two years of paid caregiving experience

Upon completion of your application and submission of all required documents, an evaluation of your qualifications will be conducted to determine your ranking. Based on this ranking, you may be referred to the hiring manager for further consideration and a possible interview.
To be successful, the expectation is that you, the candidate, will be able to competently perform the routine tasks of the position with limited supervision by the end of the probation period.
